Ben has officially now met all four of his grandparents! Alex’s dad was out in Seattle when Ben was born, so he got to meet Ben the day he arrived. Naturally Alex’s mom rushed out here as quickly as she could after Ben was born, as well.
My mom came about a week or so after Ben was born. She got to hold Ben a couple of quick times while he was still in the NICU.
This past week my dad came to visit and meet Ben. He was able to spend quite a bit of time with him since Ben was home and we had the flexibility of our own schedule.
Next week Alex’s parents will arrive here in Seattle to spend nearly the entire month of August here with us, visiting Ben! They rented a house a couple blocks from us and will be able to enjoy the gorgeous Seattle summer with us and their new grandson.
Now we’ve just got to get Ben’s aunt and uncles out here and the immediate family will have all met him!
