A Quiet Weekend at Home…

I became a little delinquent in keeping things updated. This past weekend was not quiet. The weekend before was, though! Well, for me anyway… Alex had traveled to Montreal for his friend AK’s bachelor party, which he will write about when he gets around to it, so I was home to fend for myself all weekend.

I kept pretty busy the whole time Alex was gone. It was really nice just to have some time to myself and to decompress and get adjusted to my new summer schedule. I got a ton of stuff done!

We’ve had a lot going on the last 10 days or so, so stay tuned for more updates about my family’s visit, Alex’s trip to Montreal followed by his trip to Illinois, and some major work on our house!
